You mean you want to have the Japanese text in a Unicode form so you can put them on the covers. Or do you want to make English covers also. If it's the first one then I can do it. If the second, then I can't. I only know a little Japanese, but transcribing bitmap to text is easy, though tedious. I could make that by tomorrow.

Ideally having the japanese in a unicode form would be ideal. I only need Japanese since ive done all my english games, these are for the games that either werent made in english or i havent  translated the english text to japanese.

If you could help tho that would be great
