Anyone have a US cover for Vectorman?

Yes but vectorman came in a metallic cardboard box. The boxes are easily damaged and the shiny metallic never scans well.  :(

Nice work on the Batman cover, Grumble. I like the custom front. I'm not sure if you're aware, but Sunsoft's MD releases in Japan came in their own kind of boxes; they open "backwards" (IE with the front towards you the spine is on the right), and they are much smaller than regular MD cases... comparable to Famicom cases I'd say, just barely bigger than the cartridge itself. To make a long story short, custom covers might be the way to go for all Sunsoft covers, whether you have good scans of them or not.

Yes, they has similar proportions, but they're about half the size of normal MD cases. Here are some pictures that might give you a clearer idea.

Handy tip for foil covers. Use a decent camera without the flash and a longer exposure setting, I have found it works quite well.

I see. That explains why the Batman cover i used as a guide fit into the template so well. I found a copy of Super Kick Off for Master System in town today for £1 so it became a donor case. I reszed down from the UGC version and it came out quite well. Mrs G could'nt pick it out from the rest of my JP MD stuff anyway. ;)

Rambo 3 (PAL/E.U)

Rebuild. Pretty much as the original release case except i zoomed the front art further foreward as there was a large expanse of empty blackness on it.

Today I wanted to make a cover for a very great but scarce Genesis game....

Exile

A very good game though the Turbo Duo version is even better....

My big problem is that the front of my cover is pretty washed out/sunfaded....

Has anyone got a better cover maybe which I can work with(grumbleduke? ;D )?

Guess what. I found a Genesis copy of this in my local shop this afternoon Tik, so although you allready posted it, i can scan my version which is in pretty good condition if your still interested.

StarGate (PAL/E.U)

So i dont have a box for this and there was nothing of the original around that was useable. I ended up with a custom front and re-building the back from scratch. That is more or less 'as is'. Mind you, i REALLY hate Acclaim's E.U case backs, far to much writing in far to small a space. Sufficiant art work was around for a second custom too...

...and to convert to the grid style cases for those who want stuff looking the same. ;)

Awesome movie, game is a typical  game of that time, just like The Terminator etc, etc.

The second cover is great. I really like it, needless to say, great work!
