I can make a Virtua Fighter II conversion into the Japanese template no prob.  Though I'm not sure what you mean by "iss deluxe red version" sorry if I'm being dumb and missing something.

Ok!iss deluxe is international superstarsoccer by konami,that only exist in PAL blue version,so the red i mean with genesis template
