So I went ahead and printed a Dreamcast DVD cover in its original size, but the end result was an image that was bigger than the DVD case and did not fit.

Do I need to shrink the pictures from this site first before printing? and what is the size needed to fit perfectle on the dvd case?

I recommend a little program called UnderCover XP. It automatically sizes the covers to fit a dvd case.

I've printed at least 40 covers and have had no problem getting them to fit in a DVD case. Have you tried to see if the cover insert fits in a different DVD case? Also, what program are you trying to print these from?

Let me guess, the cover is WAY to big for a DVD case. MS Paint always stretch fits most anything you print from it to fit the paper size (not sure about Irfanview, never used it). Make sure that when you print the cover they are at 100% aspect ratio. Try opening MS Word in a new document of 8.5 x 14, insert the cover from file, right click the cover once it's in and go to options or preferences and check the ratio sizes are 100%. Try printing again :)

I know this isn't my topic, but...

thedrowningman, I want to thank you for recommending undercoverxp.

I downloaded that program and used it to stretch covers to fit a 27mm case. Dream come true, and job done easy. Thank you sir!
