This one wasn't released retail, there was a similar one http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xbox_Live_Arcade_Unplugged, but not the same thing.  So if the7k is still willing I'd greatly appreciate it

I'm in the same boat too, I got the game in one of those double cases w/ Sega Superstar Tennis. I saw the actual retail cover at the pawnshop but they wanted $10. I offered $2 for just the cover but they didn't bite. Hopefully someone can scan in the NTSC version.

haha I would have bought it for ten dollars scanned the cover then sold it to someone else.  but yeah I'm not wise with my money and I'm pretty into getting my entire collection covered.

*edit*  Okay I'm a sucker I went onto ebay and bought it for 8 dollars.  I'll just give the extra to my nephews I'll scan it when it arrives.
