Collector's Edition Slipcases?

Does anyone know a good place to track these down? I have the limited edition of Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory for the xbox and Resident Evil 5 for the 360, and neither of them have the clear plastic slipcases with the spine/front logo. Is there any way to get these, or will I just have to get another copy of the game? Anyone here willing to sell just the slipcases to either one of those games?

let me know if you come across a place that does, I have a couple collector editions I bought used that are missing them too

Also, does anyone know of a somewhat common/cheap 360 limited edition with the clear slipcase? If it doesn't have the name of the game written on the spine, I could just use that for RE5.
