Ok, after reading this I'm interested.... Where are these going to be uploaded to? If this site can't or doesn't want to host them.  I can post them up on my site, vgmastersclub.com.  If they are uploaded to a site like photobucket I can link them or I can upload them myself to host them directly on my site.

All the overlays would be amazing.. I'm thinking about the inlays I have. Colecovision (Including the extra super giant "Super Action" controller inlays as well), Intellivision, Odyssey 2 and Atari Jaguar... I didn't know that Atari 5200 had any.

As for how to do it easily, I would just go to UPS or FEDEX and print out/ laminate, then just cut them out. To me, it is way cheaper than spending money on printer ink, paper and a laminate machine.

The official Intellivision site (Intellivisionlives.com) already has overlays for all their games...

Problem is those images are tiny. If someone were to blow those up to the correct size and print them they would look terrible.  :(
Those images could be used as a strong base though, good find UnclBob.

actually those overlays might do the trick if they print exactly like they look, but scans of the originals would look much crisper and clearer
