Request: NES Treasure Master and Heavy Barrel NA retail CGC

Going through the Shenske NES master CGC list (http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=20072.msg182905#msg182905), i didn't see Treasure Master listed. Searching forums didn't seem too helpful either. I did see a "custom" cover (http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?game_id=5408) for CGC. Is this not the retail cover? Also, Heavy Barrel link is broken. Is there an official retail CGC cover listed elsewhere and i just haven't found it?  Any help is appreciated - thanks!

I believe "custom" is due to the added NES logo on the spine, AKA TCP style.

Pretty much make spine 5mm (1/5") narrower.
