Hey guys, I bought COD4 of a friend of mine because I wanted the case for the new PS3 Netflix cover that Shenske made and was just going to trade in the game.  I called up GameStop and they said they don't give you less for a trade in without the case so I figured I'd keep it.

Well I wanted the person who bought it used to still have a nice cover and manual, so I brought the game in along with the cover and manual and the GameStop employee said that they would just throw that stuff away.

Anyway, I didn't want to waste the cover or manual so I'm willing to mail them both to anyone that wants them.  Please just post on here and we can arrange something.

That Gamestop employee is an idiot. They can take any cover inserts and/or manuals for a game (except GBA games) because they have to put it in a new case anyway. That guy is probably one of those people that puts the price tag directly on the cover insert instead of the outside of the case too.  >:(

I can't stand when they do that.  I mean there are 2 stickers on the box, they really don't need to ruin covers by putting stickers on them.  That happened to my Dead Space cover, I was not happy.

And then, just to make sure you realise it's a pre-owned game, they occasionally put a sticker on the front of the manual and on the disc too.

The worst I've seen, though, is a store in Australia called JB Hi-Fi. For pre-owned games, they have these huge triangular stickers that span around the front, spine and back of the case. They cover about 2-3 inches of the top of the spine, and a good portion of the front and back too. And they're the stickers that don't peel off easily, leaving sticky residue all over the case. One of the reasons I've stopped buying pre-owned games from them.
