Half-Life 2 Single Player Mods

I love single player games, and I love mods, I know half-life 2 has some good ones.  The problem is there are so many half-life 2 mods it's hard to know which ones are good and which ones are crap.  Soooo, what are some of your favorite half-life 2 single player mods?

It's a survival horror fps, kinda like F.E.A.R as for the horror element. It's very unique. Made me cringe quite a few times too. As the website says "Otherwise, play late at night, on your own, wearing headphones and with the lights off"

You could also browse this site for other mods. There's a drop down menu at the top where you can specify what you're looking for. They have story synopses for the mods (at least for the single player mods) and links to the project's homepages.
