I have been looking for this game for a long time and when I finally found it, it had no cover.  I still bought it but, there is no upload of its cover.

I took the images you have given and turned them into a cover. I couldn't uncrustify the front and back images, so this should do for now.

I also worked on a version with a custom spine to match the grid background. The grid itself admittedly does not match wither the front or the back, but it should stand out a bit better from the retail-accurate plain white if you want to print these instead.
