Are the RAW Scans being archived? Need for reference

I checked the "Raw Cover Scans" in the Links section and noticed that there are not as many RAW Scans as there are custom "finished" box art.
I assume that the RAW Scans are removed as they are being processed...?
I want to make horizontal covers for those systems/titles that were originally released horizontal. There seems to be more vertical covers being produced for H & V boxart, that's not my preference unless the boxart was originally released vertically.
I would like to make my covers similar to the original but more uniform by standardizing "some" of the elements, format.
Ideally, I would like access to all RAWS submitted for reference, if possible or the established reworked assets so I can build my covers like I want them to be.

The raws section is no more functional (I mean even we the Admins can't add there anymore).
It was closed due to major attack towards our site and misuse.

Raws are now distributed by members uploading them to Mediafire or Box accounts and then linking them to the boards.
True that they get bit hard to find that way, but try searching game/console and raw and you should find stuff.

The search function of this site works very well.  It's important to learn how to use quotes (" ") and the ampersand (&) to your advantage. 

The advanced search also allows you to search in specific thread which can also be helpful sometimes.
