Street Fighter IV (4): The Ties That Bind Bonus Disc - Xbox 360 & PS3 - UK PAL

This is not specifically a game cover request so feel free to shoot the idea down if no-one one feels like taking it on. I have a copy of the UK collector's edition of Street Fighter IV (on 360) and don't like how the bonus movie disc is just placed on top of the game disc in the case. Would someone be able to knock up a custom for this disc or use create a version from on a different region. I'm think (not sure) that the US version (at least the PS3) had it's own case. Also, my friend bought it on PS3 and said he will sell me his PS3 collector's edition eventually so a blu-ray case version would also be appreciated.

If be anyone would be able to do this I would be very grateful.

Hey, was just wondering if anyone would be interested in doing this. No need for it immediately, would just be nice to know if someone could squeeze it in to their to do list. If not, I'll have to rely on my hopeless photoshop skills and see if I can actually produce something that vaguely resembles a cover.
