I want to have certain Nintendo Switch download games on individual micro SD cards, each placed in their own Switch game case. Hori makes a product that would work, but you only get one of these things in a 24 game travel case. Each one holds two micro SD cards.

Here's what it looks like (click for larger):

Wiggy was able to duplicate and improve on the design as shown in the following post:

I don't have a micro SD on hand, so I made one with some 1mm thick card stock.

Works pretty well.

Oooh! That's awesome! And fast! I'm guessing you already had that planned before I mentioned it. How do we get these from you? I'd be looking for about 10 right now.

Nope. Knocked it out while I was eating dinner :P

I'll cut some tomorrow for ya (they're laser cut parts, not printed).

That is really nice! I would buy that!

If there was a bit more space you could even add a label for the game on the adapter!

These are the same size as Switch carts. Do switch carts fit in Vita cases? If not, I'm sure Wiggy could make an alternate size. I just bought 10 empty cases from Nintendo's online store for 6.99 for a pack of five.

That is really nice! I would buy that!

Well the top part is the same size as the red area with the "Nintendo Switch" logo on the regular cartridges, so a small label with just the game title could be placed there. Here's some example mock-ups:

Impressive how fast you knocked that out Wiggy! I'd definitely buy those seeing as I have plenty of games I wish were physical.
To be this good it takes AGES!

The only thing Nintendo needs to do is let us remove icons on the system when the SD is not inserted. Folders also.

Hey, Wiggster, ready to sell some of these babies yet?

Yes, but not with this high quality or longevity.

Of course, but it would require an entirely different method/design.

I just thought, it would be nice to have a version of the adapter that people could make themself.
A template for cardboard (or anything else that can be cut without a laser cutter). :)

It might not be as durable, but should be good enough.
