Request - 2 SNES and 2 N64 Titles

Hey guys,

Searched through the site and forum pretty well but could not find the four titles below. I am looking for all of them as vertical covers, the N64 I prefer the green spine but beggers can't be chosers.

N64 -

Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine
Toy Story 2

SNES

Wheel of Fortune (Regular version not deluxe)
Family Dog
