I created the cover you are referring to and I have to correct you.
It is indeed a
correct retail cover of the
german (PAL) version of the game.
Unfortunately it was falsely flagged as "custom", like a few other of my earlier covers.
There is no EU version of Pokemon Yellow!
The game was released seperatly in different european regions.

Pokemon Amarilla (spanish)
I am guessing you are looking for the UK / Netherland (english + dutch) version?
