Wendy's is where it's at. All those other fast food joints are just posers.
But at least most of you all are lucky enough to have something close.
I live in central Missouri and the closest whatever is a 15 minute drive away.
What are you looking at? You think baby's don't like video games? THEN YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT BABIES!!

Lol ya I understand. We used to have a Burger King close by here also but for unknown reasons it closed. I'm guessing to lack of business. Sadly an Arby's took its place, which I like but the service is poor and every time something good comes on the menu they always drop it off again when it does well.

This is exactly what McDonald's does here.
Deluxe Potatoes where so popular that at least 25% of customers chose those (friend's sister worked there at the time) and they could not keep up.
But instead of upping production they discontinued them.

It's simple math.  Those premium items are meant to draw people in, especially new customers.  The profit margin on those items is surely lower, much lower than their normal menu items, so they only keep them around long enough to entice people to come in.

1x Double Bacon Cheeseburger + 2x Rodeo Burger = ~$4.75.

McDonald's vs Burger King fight intensifies!!!

McDonald's put up new sign telling the drivers of near by motorway how to get to them, 2 days later Burger King put up same size sign 50 meters earlier telling they are closer and way faster and easier to get to.

McDonald's had been asked many times to keep the inside of their restaurant open later in to evening (their McDrive has always been 24/7 except for Christmas Eve afternoon/evening and Christamas Day morning) but the answer has always been strickt but polite no due to security and money issues... Until last week when they suddenly decided to keep it also open 24/7.

McDonald's has started bumping the smell of their food out of their restaurant more (you can smell it way more intensly and further away).

Against the small print of their adds Burger King keeps their day menu including specialities available 24/7 (adds say only available between 06:0-22:00) and same goes to their discount vouchers (same small print).

Also the second largest burger chain Hesburger (3rd wheel of this competition) has had better offers and specialty burgers and are opening new restaurant (4th of theirs in town versus 1 each for McDonald's and Burger King) at biggest shopping center of the town (way better location for people at city center than McDonald's or Burger King has).

For me as I still have to drive to city Burger King is best located, but closely followed by McDonald's and Hesburger.

There are still 2 other chains Scanburger and Rolls that have locations but they suffer from heavy competition.

Rolls is next to Mcdonald's in a gas station and can't match the quality, and both Scanburgers are way out of city center in semi quiet areas (altough without competition). Good locations for locals but near impossible to find unless you know where they are.

On side note it turns out that Burger King is operated by co-worker's daughter and her husband, and my co-worker tells that the restaurant is so busy that they still have to have double the intented employees on normal days and 4 times on week ends.

Thus my co-worker has bit of a mixed thing going:
On one hand she tries to advertise the restaurant to keep it buzy and on other hand to tell me to loose weight and stay out of there. :D

Sounds like a good problem to have  :D
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."
