M Network - Silver Box Art

Not sure if this qualifies as a request per se, but I am looking for some custom box art for the 2600 M Network games (Adventures of TRON, Air Raiders, etc.) in the Atari silver box style. I stumbled upon a version for Lock n Chase, but I don't remember where I got or who made it.

It looks like Lumberjack42 based on the 5200 covers here: http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=380.msg79225#msg79225, but I can't say with certainty. Any ideas?
