Link is still broken, at least from my end.

I'm scanning mine now.  I've never used this scanner before, so it might take a bit for me to fiddle with it, but I'll have a link posted by the end of the night.

There you go.  I scanned it at 1200 dpi, so it should be good enough quality.  I've never actually scanned a cover before, though, so for all I know, I've made some absurdly obvious mistake somewhere along the line and don't even notice.
