Mario Party 4 NA Gamecube

Looking for the NTSC/NA version of Mario Party 4 for Gamecube for a replacement case.  The only one available is the UK version where the gamecube logo on the spine is on the top so it uhhh would stand out on the shelf. Thanks for any help!

I have a Kmart mp4 version.. ( it has the Kmart logo that mentions the game coming with a wavebird) I'll try and scan it tommorow
