i don't mean to be rude but you still have not given enough information of what you are rquesting.  Or that you are even requesting something at all. 

Do you want a Genesis cover w/ GG art?  A GG cover with Genesis art? GG covrs in the original style (longbox)?  Do you want GG covers like this or just a Sonic Spinball cover?  the list could go on forever

You need to ask a question using specific information . . .

for example: 
I would like a cover of Sonic Spinball for the Game Gear. 
NTSCU using the design of the orginial box kind of like X picture.
I woud like the cover to fit a Universal Game Case.  Thankyou
