PC - Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus - NTSC

okay this isn't a normal request, I made an Oddworld Abe's Exoddus cover and I need a little help.  I had the European cover and I want to replace the rating on it with the ESRB rating, I know it's rated Teen but I don't know what it's rated Teen for so yeah if anyone can help.  Right now it looks like this, i just need to know what goes into the box, like "violence" or "comic mischief" or "silly alien farts" I don't know, something...

Once this cover is completed and uploaded to the site, can i have you permission to convert this to a PS1 cover?

Yeah I don't mind, I made one for Abe's Oddysee as well that you can change for the playstation.
