PC - US - The Orange Box

Someone on this site made a petty sweet custom box for the console versions of The Orange Box.  http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?game_id=5936

I was wondering if someone could reformat that cover for the box of the PC version.  If someone already did and posted that, then it's not showing.  The preview images for all the PC Orange Box covers are just pics of the retail cover.

I'm looking for the cover pictured here: http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?game_id=5936,
but formatted for a PC version box.  I don't see that up there.  All the PC version custom boxes are just the retail boxes sized for a regular DVD case with slightly adjusted spines.
