I say yes.
It can definitely be a confusing (but interesting) game to control. I definitely had to look at the manual a few times to make sure I was playing the game correctly.
I have the game back home. I do not think the manual is that big, so it should not take that long to scan. Hopefully someone else has it. If not, then I will scan it during spring break (in March).
