Octoberber 2013 pickups - C is closing fast!!!

Went to some garage sales this morning. Folks were saying that some guy cleaned out all of their video game stuff at 5:45 in the morning. I had to laugh a bit. That's some dedication!

I only found 2 sales with games out of over 20 visited. First, picked up Mario Luigi Bowser's Inside Story on the DS for $2.

Next I found this Sega Dreamcast. I've never played Dreamcast and I probably won't keep this lot, but what really caught my attention was the condition. It was obviously adult owned.

He was asking $50. I didn't have my phone to check any values so I went with my gut on this one and picked up the lot for $37. It turns out that Street Fighter is a little valuable so it looks like I did alright.

I still need a copy of Alpha 3 for the DC (because having it for like 3 other systems isn't enough )

Lemme know if you wanna sell.

I also have Street Fighter Alpha 3 in stock - disc only (in coverproject case)

Finally completed my Breath of Fire set.



Picked up at the local reseller.  His prices keep getting worse and worse but I was able to trade a bunch of crappy ps2 games that cost me nothing for 25 in trade so only had to spend $25 cash

This seems to sell for $50-$100 on eBay. Mine is beat up, Top and Bottom sides are split, The far right was cut down (The word Record under the top corner box is cut down to "Reco") It's a clean cut, so it does not look ugly or anything.

Tales of Xillia LE for $35+tax after $5 gift card at Walmart.
Hometown Story for $33+tax after using my last bit of trade credit at Gamestop.

Something new again. Some SCN boxes and instructions from a friend in exchange for a few games, and a few games to fill those boxes with. Coupla boxes in really great shape, few taken some hits along the way.





I'm quite happy to get a SCN copy of Solomon's Key 2 complete in pretty good shape.

Having heard that Tommo/SNK deal is off, and no more Neo Geo X were going to be made - i took the plunge and grabbed the Neo Geo X gold, with a clicky stick, and the classics pack.

Haven't tried it on the TV yet, or upgraded the firmware, but i'm quite pleased with it so far.

I'm not sure if I trust the Finnish postal service enough to send you the manual. Where am I gonna get a new one if they lose it or tear it? All my packages come roughly manhandled and bruised, ALWAYS. But I'll look into scanning it. You did notice that Lolo 3 manual is missing the front and back covers?

And if you have surplus manuals for NES games I got, I'm interested.

Missing front aren't problem as they can be redone.

BTW - $50 is a fair retail price for that game.
