Maximo vs. Army of Zin (NTSC)

A forum and Google search didn't prove much help for me.  I need the cover for the NTSC version of Maximo vs. Army of Zin for the PS2.  We have the PAL version hosted here on TCP, but the spine will clash horribly with my collection.  To be honest, all I need is a high-res scan of the spine and I can just paste it on to the PAL cover and be good to go. 

Can anyone help?
