I like the image used for the Mega Man covers, and I like the idea of using the same basic title. However, the title looks... off. Especially on the front with the image, the title looks like it could use a little more attention. Plus, having the roman numeral under the title instead of part of it makes the numerals look more like an afterthought.
I'm not trying to put it down, and I know I've been picky about Mega Man titles as of late, but I really think a little more time spent on the titles would do a world of good. The subtitle for the first one, "Dr. Wily's Revenge," would probably look better if it were closer to the main title (it should be at least partially over the red), though that one does look good beneath the title, as it's a subtitle. As for the numerals, they should be right in the title, next to the name. The numeral could also benefit from the border the rest of the letters have.
EDIT: I feel I should formally apologize for my comment which has been marked in red. I thought you had created your own Mega Man title to look similar to another title, instead of getting an official title. After doing a quick search myself, I see that you did indeed find an official title. It still looks off, but I blame Capcom for the bubble letters style that's in complete contradiction to every other Mega Man title logo they've produced.
