Mr. Gimmick! Custom Cover and Label

I came across this Mr. Gimmick artwork that was made earlier this month by Steven Phillips(he has a blog with a lot of really cool gaming art here http://steevnp.blogspot.com/), and was hoping someone would be able to whip up a custom cover and matching label using this image.

I'm not really a huge fan of the scandinavian box art nor the retrozone label art. Id rather have something more like this and I think it would look slick with the green cartridge. Is this doable for anyone?

dude you're the man. i have never played the game quite honestly but I hear nothing but praise from everyone I've talked to. I totally want to order the reproduction cartridge from retrozone and prefer this art way more than the one they provide. Thank you
