Game Boy Monster Max cover request

This is a Head Over Heels type game developed by Rare that reviewed really well back in the day. Unfortunately I don't have the box to contribute a scan and the images on Jon Ritman's website are probably too low res to do anything with. Any contribution helping towards the final goal of a printable cover for DS cases will be massively appreciated!
