Well. YOU SHOULD GET IT AGAIN!!! It's the best side scrolling hummingbird shooter game on the 32x

LOL, that is 100% truth!

Speaking of LOLZ, I spent a good hour and a half removing the stickers and cleaning up those carts.  Man, 20 at once is a serious undertaking.   All work great, but I don't remember Forgotten Worlds being so damned hard!

There's a LOT of games I grew up with that got me thinking the SAME thing...

re: forgotten worlds

are you using a US copy on a US system?
when i try booting my JP copy on my EU machine it does that, (works fine on the JP system, obviously)
maybe its some kind of region protection?

It's a US copy on 4 different US systems (two Gen1 and two Gen3).

In all my years of retail, I've actually seen plenty of copies of FW that had serious problems. Don't know why it's such a glitchy game. Buuut, I've NEVER seen this particular problem.  Press start, game over. Did I win or lose LOL! I'm either the greatest or the worstest ;D

I think I'll keep it for the LULZ!  After all, it was only a buck. I'll grab another copy next time I'm out. They had a few IIRC. I'm sure not gonna make a trip just to exchange this one game. The gas that I'd use just getting there costs more than that :P

Dude, that totally worked!  Thanks!  I didn't even think to research it any further.

I always wondered what the point of having the ability to switch to 3-button mode was, and now I know ;)

@wiggy: cool!, now you can trick unsuspecting mates into playing with 6-button mode on!

wiggy: "here, try this..."
mate: "WTF?, game over already!, dude thats retarded!"

Me -

@Dan - I got the CD tray on that Sega CD aligned.  No access light. Gotta make sure all those little momentary switches are being tripped though. It seems to think that the drive bay is open.
