Just from taking a look at your original - it's mostly very good. But i am going to point out why it may not be accepted in detail.
Couple of issues as pointed out - the white frame around the main image needs completint at the bottom
the cutting out around the gun is a little messy (not much, but still) - i think thats what was meant by looking freehand and 'jagged' (also the frame by BOBs butt has some lingering black on it. Also - the overall quality of the BOB image on the front is a little suspect. It may pass.......
Also - some easy to fix bits.....
On the front cover - There is a grey artifact to the left ot the red line
The UPC is for a different SNES game (i think Marvel Superheroes war of the Gems)
The code SNS-P-ACTE is for another game too (Chrono Trigger?)
The 1st screenshot on the right doesn't fit the frame properly
A few black rogue pixels next to BOB's antennae on the back.
Spelling on the back:
when the - the W should be capital
hostle - should be hostile
extream - should be extreme
hel - should be help
Overall it's looking good though - i am pretty sure if you tidy those up it will be accepted
