For me, I'd say it's a bit overpriced (which is why I linked to it) , if it was half the price it'd be ok, but then I don't know how much the HDMI board costs....

The red section at the bottom? Looks like the reflection of the phone on the plastic wrap.
Fortunately, there is a previously played sticker. I wouldn't have know guessed that

Blood dries and becomes crusty.  That looks way too sleek to be blood.  Also, blood gets orange-rusty when it gets old, this is too purpley

What the hell is 2 mb?

It's an auto-fill thing from eBay. I think it actually has something to do with the tech specs of the sega 32X. It means "2 MegaBytes".  Something about the 32X's memory mapper requirement or whatever.
