hey i'm a new member to this site and i noticed that there wasn't a custom dvd cover for dino crisis 2. does anyone know if there is one being created and if not what program is there to create one because i would like to try this out.

Use Photoshop / Gimp to create images (and to retain quality)

i was looking for the PS1 version. although is there anything other than photoshop that i can use / because i don't have it on my computer.

Gimp is an open source Photoshop
