Title: Done - Monster Hunter World - PS4 - NA - Retail

I dunno if I did this right, but I'm looking for a cover for monster hunter world for my ps4 case. I bought the game from a pawn shop and the disk was in great condition, but the cover and game case were absolutely trashed (possibly water damage). I managed to salvage the case and need a new cover. Thank you for your time!
