Half-height slim DVD cases. single disc, with sleeve holder and booklet tabs. like these:

Every online store I find them in wont ship to the US. The only place I can find that will ship to the US is ebay, but the sellers are all from the UK and quoted me ridiculously high shipping charges.

How many are you looking for? This looks like what you're asking for, but they only sell in packs of 100 or 500 -- $25, free shipping for the 100 pack.

Edit: just noticed they're "frosty" sleeves -- probably not what you need.

What are you going to use them for? If you end up casing your PS1 games this way, share the wealth. :)

not sure. frosted might mean the plastic for the sleeve is not glossy so as to reduce glare but i could be mistaken

yeah, frosted usually means the plastic piece that holds an insert has a foggyness to it, but... only on the bottom? why would they do that?
