Title: "The Cover Project" Members playing on-line!
Post by: Adan on October 02, 2008, 01:46:12 PM
I was thinking that since we are a small community on-line, how about we hop on our game consoles and become a community as well.

I'll start by sharing my PSN and XBL Names, who ever wants to add me is more than welcome,

PSN ID=MRDREAM                    Wii Number= 6384 0373 8907 9819 ( Mr.Dream 2 )                    Mario Kart #=0903-4777-3506                     Xbox Live=MR DREAM 3

My XBL gamertag  is in my sig. I have a Wii but I've never bothered playing online with it. The only game I have which has online is Endless Ocean. I guess it'll be pretty hard to play online with you guys anyway due to a different time zone. By the time I'm posting this it's 05:04 AM where I live.

my gamertag is in my signature as well, although seeing as my system just red ringed on wednesday, i won't be on for a while. i also have a psn ID of the same name, but seeing as i only own two games for it i dont plan on really ever playing it online anytime soon.

Besides the time difference, EO's online is region-locked. Otherwise I'd love to play EO online with someone. EO=my second favorite game ever, behind METAL GEAR SOLID.

You can catch me on Live as SnackbarGames. I don't play much online either.

My xbox gamertag is Shenske37
My PSN Identification is Shenske37
I have a Wii but don't play online with it

For live, unless you play All Pro Football there is proabably a slim chance that we would play together.
(i'm not on much but when i am its for this game)

FYI:
I don't add everyone who requests me, write me a message on live or PSN so i can verify who it is.
I like to know everyone that is on my buddy list

My XBL name is darkslime.

The insulation in the house makes the wireless router not work half the time so I'm not on very much.

Wow, I'm kind of surprised to hear that most people don't play online.  I guess I'm not much different.  I am too busy these days to play online, but Sunday's I usually get time.  I don't play much Wii online unless I get a call or IM to play.  Usually if I'm online to play a game, it's for Soul Calibur 4, Wipeout HD, and sometimes MGO.

I never play online....unless my little brother wants to play something, other than that I just use the online feature to download crap...Family guy, South Park, In Game Content, Themes, Etc.

For that reason my gamertag Star Rating is only just over 3 stars.

Feel free to add me, I don't play online too often, but that's because I don't have many friends on Live :)

Live: IllSmokeYourAss

I'll have to look up my Brawl ID at some point.

just as a heads up to who ever may have sent my a friend request through live, i just sent my 360 to get repaired, so i wont be able to accept any of them till i get it back, which according to microsoft should take 2-3 weeks, but somehow i think it'll take longer than that.

I hope so too. i've heard so many horror stories about people who have sent their systems in and had them break somehow shortly after they get them back. if that happens to me i'll be pretty annoyed.

I also have a Wii, but I've made it a point not to play online until I've got the Homebrew Channel fully figured out. What with Tatsunoko vs Capcom only coming to the Wii and no chance of it coming stateside, I'll have to make sure I can make my Wii region-free.

Where did you read that about Tatsunoko?  According to this article it seems that it'll be coming to North America: http://www.nintendoworldreport.com/newsArt.cfm?artid=16704

I didn't think it could be released over here (US) because all of the licensing issues.

Though this is just a vague "maybe" answer, at least they are trying to bring it to the U.S

Yeah what they said.

I wouldn't jump on that unless it becomes confirmed that we won't get it.

I couldn't care less :) I live in Europe, which has an even slimmer chance of ever getting that game. All I can hope for is a solid (and future update proof) solution to play imported games. I don't know any of the non-Capcom characters but that's what makes it even more appealing :)

I went through and added all of your Wii, kart, and brawl codes.  I never understood the point of Wii console codes too much, but I guess we can send friend vouchers for Metroid Prime 3, at least.

I also added PSN ID's.

My PSN ID is Conral, all of my info is up in my first reply.

By the way, some of the PS3 games I have that are online capable:

- Warhawk
- Soul Calibur 4
- Resistance
- Metal Gear Solid 4
- LittleBigPlanet (Pre-ordered and got a Nariko in-game costume.  I also got a really crappy cover that has the logo of the store I pre-ordered from plastered on the game cover in addition to some other pre-order info.)
- SOCOM

Thought I'd come back and Update my Online Ids

  XBL:    PaintballZim
 PSN:    InsomniacDan
Wii:     6334-0998-0434-3979 (I dislike the Wii's Methods of Online ID)

2 of the 3 are also in my signature....I will be trying to find a way to squeeze in the wii ID too...

Xbox Live: sym007
Steam Id: sym7

I've been looking for other people to play some Left 4 Dead on PC!

I don't hop on Live very often, but every so often I'll do a bit of Rock Band.
