I have been using thecoverproject for over a year now and many of my games have made their way into a new protective home thanks to the efforts of this site and its fantastic users. My Sincere thank you for everyone's effort and time that made this possible. I registered so I scan my boxed games that covers are missing for. Does anyone have any beginner tips that will save me some time and avoid uploading useless scans? Also - where is a good place to upload pics of my collection/games so I can link them.
Really should not have added those questions here, My intention is to create a thread of thanks :)

Hi,
Make sure the scans are flat, and 300DPI.
Upload them to Box.net or Mediafire and post them here.

And pictures of your collection I'd upload using photobucket or something like that so you don't clutter your mediafire.

nice collection photos!, may I ask where you're from?, based on the framed nintendo power I'd say USA?
anyway, doesnt really matter where your from, welcome to the board!
maybe put the collection shots in the photo gallery?
for getting the shots to display in the post, I'd recommend a photobucket account, its easy and free to set up, once your pics are on there, you need to find the 'IMG thumb' code, usually displayed under each pic,
it should look something like this;
