I was just wondering if anyone on here has been adjusting PS2 or PS1 game covers to match up with the blu-ray DVD cases? If not I would kill to have a uniform look between my PS2 & PS3 titles.

I'm sure some people have thought about that before but have shied away from the sheer size of the PS2 catalog. You'd be better off requesting conversions of the covers you need instead of a general conversion for PS2 covers.
Maybe start a discussion in the DVD case forum, too, to see if there is general interest in this and if any cover gurus or othe rmembers would also like to see this happen.
Lastly, don't be disappointed when your request is not fulfilled right away. It may take some time, sometimes it's done the same day, sometimes in month.

Thats a pretty neat idea. Aside from manuals not fitting, the bluray cases are a bit nicer than the DVD case IMO.

I would expect the opposite request (Blu-Ray to DVD) because there are many noble casing efforts for a "PS2 Style" PS1 case. And if we convert covers every generation, where will we be next generation?
Although it may be sloppy, you might be able to automate it with a photoshop action file (not sure about this, don't actually own photoshop but I think you can do that)
