Can anyone make a vertical format version of Mickey Magical Quest 3 for the super famicom in english? it was released on the GBA in america so maybe you could use the artwork and Text from that version to make a cover for the SNES version. I also need verticals of Toy Story and Maui Mallard SNES. Thanks in advance :)

This much I could read from that back cover I think the red part is coprrct but not 100% sure.

Just ordered CIB JAP copy, will do the cover when it arrives ( I might do placeholder before that).
I'll try to start it today, but I hear thunder rolling in and usually it means that electricity might go.

The front image was partly cleaned by taigr81m http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=11773.msg112902#msg112902, hopefully someone finishes the cleaning as I lack the skill.
The Englisified cover is otherwise ready, only the front image and logos (I also need that, I'll post request when I decide the style later this evening) are missing.

I just worked on it some more. I am not just removing the logo, I am restoring and cleaning it for you ;D I will work as fast as possible. I still have the Claymates to finish for you too.

I think that should work perfect as the cover is custom and there for there is no "real" font.

But when I try to download it, box tells me your out of bandwidth and won't let me download it.

Got it, but did you send me the correct one?
It just that the one ripped from the image previously was way better.
It had white disney with black edges, magical quest had black out lines and drop shadow, Starring mickey and donald had black dropshadow.
Tried flipping the layers on and off but could not find them.

But I can always use the original rip, as it's very high quality, previews just make it look bad.

Hello, fellow gamers, I am still a part of the community. I am very busy at this time. I have some personal matters to deal with - several at once. I am trying to backup two external hard disks; plus I have work to do in between everything. I am still working on this image but 30 people have downloaded that which I had uploaded, so maybe someone will finish the job for us. Otherwise, I will try to find spare time to work on it everyday. I did not forget about it. My stress level is high. I also need oral surgery soon. Maybe I can work on it more this week. I will try to be quick about it. Thanks :)

I think the best way to get the logo would be from the SNES part 1 on this site. All you'd need then was a "3", the words "& DONALD" in caps, replacing the word "MOUSE", maching SNES style.
I'd also like to see this done in a "retail" horizontal format.
Also, if someone can replace "The" with "Disney's" for a custom SNES part 1. Then a custom for Great Circus Mystery SNES, changing the title to "Disney's Magical Quest 2 starring MICKEY & MINNIE

Right, but this way it would be the EXACT logo. Also, the subtitle line on the SNES versions is slighty different on SNES versus GBA, being in ALL CAPS. "Starring MICKEY MOUSE" vs "Starring Mickey and Minnie" (on part 1, which doesn't have Minnie on SNES). Just suggestions to make everything match better.
Also, a horizontal version wouldn't be that difficult if someone had/found a large hi-res scan of the Japanese GBA version, already in the long horizontal format:

I should be getting my pen tablet today. I ordered a Wacom Intuos5 and I will getting some new graphics software today. I am shopping Autodesk an other sites. I will begin working on unfinished projects this weekend. I am sorry for taking so much time cleaning the cover. I have been extremely busy for atleast two months now. I am waiting for my new toys before beginning work. Also, I am new to Windows 8 and i am still getting all of my files transferred to my new 3TB external. I will be back this weekend ...

Hello, Arseen, I've been busy this month. I was on the phone with Amazon for two hours last night because of a Kindle issue. I tried to buy Autodesk Sketchbook Pro to use with my Wacom tablet and the damn order would not go through. I'm so mad about Autodesk. I will buy Lightwave or use Blender when I decide to get a 3d-app. Autodesk can kiss someones ass.
Anyway, I will work on it today. I have been playing with my Intuos5 tablet. I will use the pen tablet to work on it. However, I still have to resolve the issue with Amazon. I like Amazon so I'm sure that the issue will be resolved soon.
I will try to work on Claymates today and Oz and Smurfs.

ok. ja, I almost forgot about Yogi. I like that game. I would buy games to get scans but my scanner is outdated and I need a new one first; plus, I have other needs at this time which prevent me from doing so. anyway, you should just wait until the weekend. You always work so much. Take a break :)

I know how it feels to not be able to keep up with technology, especially in a tough economy. I had to use my XP until this year. I never had a Vista and I've only had a Win 7 for two years now. The 7 was given to me by a client. The screen was damaged but I used my vga acer, so it worked well. lol. I've had some tough times but now things are better. I've wanted a pen mouse for about 10 years now. I didn't even know that they existed except for UPS and Fed-ex signature devices. I imagined using one of those to draw with. Suddenly, I noticed pen tablets and now I finally have one. Have you seen the technology available from Microvision? interesting stuff that companies keep for the wealthy, id est, governments and corporations and military.

I'll repair everyone of those manuals if you can afford to scan them. Time is the matter. Otherwise, I'll take what I can get.

by the way, Microvision used to advertise glasses for use by military personnel. I no longer see these glasses. I wonder if Google purchased the rights to the technology. Interesting.

I'll scan the box first, then US Manual, then PAL manual that is in English, French, Spanish and Italian, then the PAL German colored manual, then the PAL German B&W manual and finally the PAL label.
Scans will start trickling in momentarily.

Ja, this one is almost finished for everyone to use for cover-making. I've needed alot of time because I'm restoring the image from a box scan, advertisement and the manual. I owe this project to Arseen for a bunch of raw scans. I'd have it done already but i'm too busy trying to find snes boxes/manuals. I'm sick of begging people for scans. I really hate it when someone says "we already have a cover" then raw scans are not available for other artists/members. I'm more focused on buying boxes to complete my raw scan collection.
I'll try to work on it today and tomorrow. I'm almost finished with it. Replacing the building at the left has been a pain-in-the-arse but it's almost done. My Wacom tablet helps alot. :)
EDIT: I'm only removing the Japanese logo and replacing what is behind it. A box image with no logos. Everyone else can make the cover(s). Just wanted to make sure that people understand I'm not making a cover. I'm cleaning the scan that we have from Arseen. The image looks great. almost done!

Just out of curiousity, what is the total number of raw scans you have?

I do not know an exact number now. I have to recount. The last time that i had counted, i had over half of the US boxes. I've added hundreds by now. I will be recounting sometime soon because i need to note all that i'm missing. I haven't counted my EUR and JPN scans yet.
on a side note, I've collected 1011 high-res photos of Nipponese cartridge labels.
EDIT: mostly raw scans. I remember that someone here uploaded over 150 scans but i can't remember who it is that uploaded. The file is no longer available, so i have scans that alot of newer TCP members are missing.

I thought I had lost those covers when my computer crashed, but I found them (and hundreds other non-finished of which few are not available or are way better than current (better ones not done by me but mostly by pestering others when newbie)).
Thus the covers are still missing the front as perfect (or even decent IIRC) one has never been made.
I'll see what I can find and do to finish the cover AS ALL I NEED IS THE PERFECT FRONT.
