I have the German cover but the text on the back is German only.

That would be cool if you can scan it when you get a chance, I just noticed we are missing that one.
I have the cd case UT 2003 only and no cover to the manual as I had to mail that in for a rebate on UT 2004. I have been looking for my box, but I have not found it yet.

For some reason I have decided to put all my PC games in DVD/StakPak cases.  ::)
