Well is you want one of the artist in this site to create this custom cover for you, i would suggest you give a link to a much higher quality picture and a far greater resolution ;)

That picture is still way too tiny. If you want something more useable, then the resolution should be between 300-600 dpi, and the size should be roughly around the size of a wallpaper. If we tried to use that, the image would look all blurry and unappealing.

At the very least, get a wallpaper-sized image, then we could maybe whip something up just for you. It won't meet site standards without the proper resolution, but if it's just for you, I'm sure someone could make it look okay.

That is a much better resource for the artist to work with. the second looks a little blurry tho.
