I dont know if I am going to continue with these. They have gotten more expensive and cheaper. The last two batches I ordered, half the cases were busted and the rest eventually busted from use.

Anyone have another progress report about these cases? I'm wanting to order some, but not if they're going to break apart right away.

Hey Guys!

Ok... after this idea was proposed I decided to run with it as I liked it very much.
I made a quick template to use and though not the greatest, it works for what I need it for.

I made the covers the way they are for the following reasons:
1) I didn't want to have to create brand new covers as I have a lot of NES games... I also didn't want to wait while covers slowly trickled onto the site (I managed to make 155 cases in a very short amount of time).

2) It's easier to get the PolyCases (for me anyway) than UGC at this point... I haven't personally had any issues with the quality or breakage.

3) The covers that I made are created by editing any available UGC covers (with the custom NES spine) on the site as the dimensions are perfect, so basically I can create a new PolyCase cover as soon as a UGC cover is made available.

4) You can change the current banner I made to any that you want by just editing the banner.

Here is a sample of what the covers look like:

If you want to use them... go for it.. if not, then don't. :)

I was toying around with an Idea like that, but could not think of what to put in the bar.

I dig it ;D  Great way to save yourself from TONS of resizing, cropping, etc.

I do think it could use a tiny amount of tidying up though.  The borders around the type seem a little odd and I think it could use a smidge more contrast.

Thanks for the feedback Wiggy!

I'll upload an updated version with the white text border removed.
For the contrast... would this be applied to the entire border or just the backgroud (ie. no text and controller).

I'll try to have it uploaded in about a few weeks... I just went on vacation and don't have access to my main pc.

Has anyone found these for cheaper than Brandsmart? they want $17 in shipping for a $28 order, which seems weird to me.

Its probably ether distance or size of the package. How many cases are you ordering?

I haven't yet, but a standard 50-pack is listed as $28, and I'm in Texas. The company is based in Anaheim, so its not like the delivery is cross-country or overseas. What bugs me most is such a high rate for a low-cost item.

A box of 50 is a big package, and the bigger the box, the more money it takes to ship. The shipping price has nothing to do with the product price.
