Unable to Attach Files: What's Going On?

Over the last couple of days, I have tried to attach different files to my posts, but every time, I get a message that says, "cannot find attachment path", or words to that effect. Is this related to the Upload page also being down?

It just means the admins don't have that option enabled. Around here we usually use box.net or mediafire.com to share images. Here's a guide on uploading files.
