Edit: so i didnt add anything new yet, but i made the pictures viewable in the thread so you dont have to click links to see the pictures. i'm in the process of staining some shelves, and casing some more games, but within hopefully the next week or so i will make a new post complete with new pictures.

so, like i said i would when i posted my list of games, here are the pictures. i still have a lot that need to be cased, but i figure i'll post what i have now, and update with more when i get them done.

so here is my full wall of games. sorry, the pics are at bad angles and whatnot, but my room is rather small, and kind of hard to get good pictures of. and sorry about some of the clutter, i just got the entertainment center about a week ago, and i still need to organize some of the systems better, and get another system selector.

thats all of my games. now here are some more detailed pictures. this is the shelf that i keep all of my ps1, ps2, gamecube, xbox, and xbox 360 games.

now here is my genesis, snes, and n64 games.

heres nes, saturn, dc, and gameboy games

and heres pics of my entertainment center, and systems.

sooo....thats about it. the full list of games can be found in my post over in the general discussion thread.  so what do you guys think? some time later i'll post more pics when i get some more games cased.

Nice collection, I have the same sword as you. Not Blades sword, but the "futuristic Katana"

I noticed you had all 3 Xenosagas. Is it worth it to grab 2 and 3 if you liked the first one?

thanks. it actually looks fairly different now, in that i have a lot more games and a ps3, and i moved some things around.  i had noticed earlier in your pictures that we had the same sword. i got it from a ren fair a couple of years ago. you can never have too many swords.

I noticed you had all 3 Xenosagas. Is it worth it to grab 2 and 3 if you liked the first one?

i've actually only played the first hour of two of the 2, and none of the third, but of what i played i liked it.  from reviews that i've read, it wasnt quite as good as the first, but the third is supposedly the best of them all. I'd say that if you liked the first, then deffinately get the others, if for nothing else than seeing how the story plays out.

Edit: i may actually update some of these pictures, as things look a little different, but i may wait until i get an hdtv. i've been planning on doing that for some time, but have never really felt like dropping 1,000-2,000 on a tv, when the one i have is still fairly good. plus, i only have standard cable, and i'm not sure how that would work with an hdtv.

Hello,

I wanted to share a list of my games.  I have been using the Collectorz software to organize my collection and finaly got around to exporting them to HTML.  Not every game is complete with all its information.. But I work on it everyday.

thegamealter.com

Its costing me like $7.00 for the webspace.  I hope you like it.  Thanks for all the great covers you guys make.

Hey you have the same printer as me! Is that good for uploading site-quality scans? I'm still using the 1350 series from the last computer even though it's only given me problems. I seriously don't understand how Aplle can sell their computers with such a stubborn printer. :P

I use an Epson Stylus CX8400 Printer.
It it a scanner printer.  In my opinion it is an excellent machine.  A bit of an ink hog but it allows me the ability to print DVD covers on 8 1/2 x 11 paper.  All I do is tell it that it has 8 1/2 X 14 paper and it prints it perfect all the time.  As far as scanning for the site?  It does a good job of descreening the scan so its clean and moire free. scan at any resolution you want and its as simple or intricate as you want to get with the settings.  I have had great stand alone scanners that didn't perform this well.

How many covers do you think you can print out per ink cartridge? As that's the hurdle for me in buying my own printer vs. using Staples, having to spend alot on buying one ink catridge after another.

Im not realy sure.  I wish I had a better answer... But I dont.  I would say quite a bit.  My printer gets used for covers and cards, photos etc.  Im not sure how many straight covers I could print.  The Epson does have individual ink tanks.  You only need to replace what ever color runs out so its not so bad.  If you use alot of blue.. then you just replace it.  Its not like you are throwing out a cartridge that has most of its yellow left cause you used up all of your magenta.  I like it.  just keep in mind what you might save in gas.  Also your time to go to Kinkos is valuable.  Imagine.. you could be printing your covers naked in the comfort of your own home. ;D
