Windows - NTSC - Windows XP install disc
Could someone possibly make a dvd case for the Windows XP disc? Thanks in advance.

nevermind, I actually found part of my original disc packaging and ended up making it myself. for anyone who's interested, I uploaded it here.

Photobucket shrinks it to something lower than 300 dpi IIRC, upload it here.
