What to type in on Google?

I use google a lot to find the images for the front and back covers of cases I'm making, but I can't seem to find much, more specifically, the back covers.  What do you recommend typing in the search bar to find the back covers?

when I am looking for covers I search: 'name of game' cover art

I check moby games & cover torrent - google them
