that could help, i use vector magic quite often with logos and old covers. 

If you do decide to use vectormagic, run it through a few times with different settings to find the best results.

Do you have the background picture in full colour? I think it would look much, much better without the blue tint, or at least with Batsu in colour. I'm also not completely sold on the black-on-yellow text on the back, readability could be better... Other than those things though, it looks great! The layout is excellent.

the original cover does both those things.  I just tried to recreate it.  It had black on yellow text and a blue tinted front.

Edit: Hey, I also just noticed that the Project Justice has the same cover art as Rival Schools. Was there no hi-res of the original Project Justice cover to go from?

Project Justcie and Rival Schools are one in the same.  The cd cover artwork i had from the "project justice" is way too square to work for a vertical rectangle canvas area.  So i had to go custom but the art fits the game.
