Don't saddle yourself with too much work. Keep the English on the back for the PAL covers that should be enough. In pretty much all parts of Europe English is the first language you learn in school after your native language. Keep it English and if someone wants Portuguese text on the back he can request it and provide you with a translation

i was actually hoping that this would be the response, i just didn't want to offend anyone by only having english text.

i haven't made a japanese cover in a while

the back text is in english because i didn't use raws so i have no japanese text to work with.

Homebrew: Should be obvious. These games weren't made for DC. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Japanese: Maybe because the admins didn't upload them yet?
Look a few posts back for shenske's info on where to DL them.

 I would think there would be more of a problem with copyright infringement and plagiarism  with dc covers that are of original content.

 Homebrew: is not necesarelly all original. Some people have made ports of games made for other systems and categorize them as "Homebrewed". In the case of DC this is most of the homebrewed games.

I can see that a link to the iso of a so called homebrew disc might be a lawsuit waiting to happen - but a cover 'could ' be claimed as nothing more than a concept, and is certainly no different from a custom cover that uses copyrighted logos/graphics/materials
