Panic Resturant scan

Does anyone have Panic Resturant for the NES? It was a taito game that's actually very fun to play. I bought it but the label is torn to hell. Could someone provide with any of the following:

a scan of the box
a scan of the manual
a scan of the cartridge label
a scan from a magazine ad

I'm just looking for anything, even the Japanese version artwork would be fine. Thanks.

yeah thats wayyy too low resolution. Thats preciesely what I'm looking for though.
