PS2 - Jak and Daxter Trilogy Movie DVD - NTSC

First off, this site is the best ever. I thought I'd never be able to find these covers for my older games, but my collection is shaping up nicely thanks to this site.

Second, this is a request for the promotional movie (well, it only plays on a PS2) of Jak and Daxter. My girlfriend tells me this could only be won in a contest and wants it in a nice case instead of the dumb cardboard demo case it originally came in. My problem is that my scanner broke and I have no means of attempting it myself for now.
